• Time zone and test activity, so reflections arrive when expected
• Stripe ID if you're a subscriber (we never see your credit card info)

How We Use It

We use your data to:

• Generate reflections based on your personality
• Track your growth journey and deliver new insights
• Let you share reflections with friends (if you want to)
• Send helpful reminders and updates
• Manage your subscription (if you're a paid user)

We don't sell your data. We're not into that.

How We Keep It Safe

We use secure tools and platforms to store your data, including:

• MongoDB for databases
• OpenAI for generating reflections
• Claude (Anthropic) to help build features
• AWS for hosting
• Stripe for payments

They all follow strong security practices. So do we.

Sharing & Community

You're in charge of what you share. You can post reflections to friends or screenshots wherever you like. Just be respectful—Trellis is a place for mutual growth.

Email Engagement Tracking
